Development Solutions
The core goal of this project was to improve the residential stock of the area while maintaining terrace style facades consistent with the historic surroundings.
The inner-west location meant this project required additional attention to noise supression, thus the quality of the build and sound insulation are critical. With the introduction of NVH innovations throughout the structure, and particular attention to sound management in the roof, Zen Group achieved significant reduction in overhead noise ingress, well beyond the suburb average.
